I‘m Ben. I’m not traveling or blogging for life. I have a regular full-time job and need to fit my wanderlust into my vacation days. I am born, raised and located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. But whenever possible, I try to go to places I haven’t been before, learning about new cultures and finding new friends. Traveling nowadays has become super easy. Planes go to every corner of the world, often for affordable or even ridiculous cheap money. The internet allows you to learn about your destination even before leaving. Smartphones let you share impressions with your friends instantly.
Many bad things could happen but a lot more good things will happen.
When I leave home with the sack on my back, ready for the next trip, it makes me feel like one of the great explorers from earlier centuries. Starting an adventure to discover new horizons. Nevertheless the decision to board a plane and get off somewhere you can’t read or speak the language is a risk. Many bad things could happen but a lot more good things will happen.
